Friday night I did my normal Friday night routine. I ran 3.1 miles in 23:30 minutes, then did some weights and lunges, then the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. Not a bad workout.
Saturday I had to work so no workout.
Monday I ran outside so I could prepare for my 5K this Saturday. I ran 4.4 miles in 35 minutes. Not bad. I will be ready.
Tonight I am hoping to make it to my yoga class.

You are doing awesome. What a good Idea to had a workout blog! I wish I had thought about that when I was training for my tri. So you doing the Placentia 5K on Saturday?! Sounds like fun, I totally forgot to sign up for it, Think I still can?
