By Friday morning I had only been to the gym ONCE during the week. I was going crazy! Fortunately I made it to the gym on Friday night. I ran 3.1 miles in 24:00 minutes! That is a 7:44 minute mile. After my amazing run, I did the moving stairs for 16 minutes. Then it was party time!
Saturday morning I swam 64 laps in 28:46 minutes. It felt good to swim because I hadn't done it for a week and a half. Tonight might be an off night. The air quality is getting better so I can start running outside again.
