Good but Bad

Yesterday I swam 80 laps in 38 minutes. That's not a bad time and I feel like I got a good workout. The bummer part is that my foot injury is still here and I can't run. I really want to run again. I hope my foot heals soon.

I had a foot injury while I was training for the half-marathon. It really will get better. Just give it the time it needs. I was afraid it would knock me out of the race, but it didn't. I had plently of time to train after it got better.
