Last night I had time to do a quick swim. I swam 48 laps in 22:36 minutes. I thought that was pretty good. My run still needs to improve. I am a bit worried about that, but hopefully I can get some good runs in next week.
I have devoted a whole blog to my training. I started racing in triathlons in 2006 and have really embraced it! It gives me something to work towards. This blog is my daily workout schedules, weigh ins, rants, etc. My initial intention was for it to serve as a monitoring blog where people could push me to work harder or more often if I started to slack. Now, it is mainly a log of my hard work.
