I swam 60 laps at the Brea gym. I thought my time was 27 minutes but I must have been off one minute so I think my time was 28:05 minutes, which is great! I don't know if I have ever done better. Love it!
I have devoted a whole blog to my training. I started racing in triathlons in 2006 and have really embraced it! It gives me something to work towards. This blog is my daily workout schedules, weigh ins, rants, etc. My initial intention was for it to serve as a monitoring blog where people could push me to work harder or more often if I started to slack. Now, it is mainly a log of my hard work.
