Monday I swam 88 laps in 38:41 minutes. Then I ran 12 minutes. Tuesday I ran 15 minutes and then did the elliptical for 45 minutes. Tonight I will be swimming!
I have devoted a whole blog to my training. I started racing in triathlons in 2006 and have really embraced it! It gives me something to work towards. This blog is my daily workout schedules, weigh ins, rants, etc. My initial intention was for it to serve as a monitoring blog where people could push me to work harder or more often if I started to slack. Now, it is mainly a log of my hard work.
