Last night I swam 36 laps in 17:20 minutes. I could have swam more but I didn't have the time. Then I went to my 60 minute yoga class. Tonight is my spin class.
I have devoted a whole blog to my training. I started racing in triathlons in 2006 and have really embraced it! It gives me something to work towards. This blog is my daily workout schedules, weigh ins, rants, etc. My initial intention was for it to serve as a monitoring blog where people could push me to work harder or more often if I started to slack. Now, it is mainly a log of my hard work.
